| Customer Reviews: Great Product! January 9, 2009 J. Maciejewski (Damascus, PA) I bought these stamps for my artistic 2-year old little girl. She LOVES them. They are durable, easy to use, and the graphics are great! They were inexpensive and great quality. The ones you buy in specialty shops are so pricey and these are every bit as good! I think they are a great toy and would strongly recommend anything in the Melissa and Doug line for kids. We also have a couple other stamp sets by Melissa and Doug. Great toys!
Good set for the price September 14, 2009 Catherinedagrape (Southampton, New York) This is a cute set, my 3 year old has a lot of fun with it. I think Melissa and Doug make good quality toys.
Stamp set October 26, 2009 LINDA (HUDSON, NH) The stamps are a little smaller than I thought they would be, and as others stated, no cover. Overall however, I like this companys products.
Fun for chores! February 6, 2010 M. Michels (Ramstein, Germany) My little boy would get a stamp on his hand after gym class. He always loved them. So last Christmas (2009) I ordered these, and decided to use them when he helped mommy out. He puts the silverware in the silvreware drawer, not in the right spot, he just throws it in there, but he is still helping! Then when he is done, he gets praise and a stamp on each hand, and even gets to pick out the animal. I think it is going to help teach him to do his chores! (hopefully) The stamps turn out ok, he usually smears it before it can dry. But maybe I put too much ink on the stamp. Lke others, a top would be nice, but I keep it on my fridge, so I don't worry about him getting into it, or it spilling. The stamps are the perfect size for little hands.
Ink pad dry (old inventory)? December 12, 2009 M&D Fan (Seattle, WA) All M&D products have been great. This is potentially a great one too but our ink pad came in very dry. I suppose we will try adding water to it but there are no instructions that came along with it. I hope it will be alright to do that. I wish M&D made refillable ink for the pads. The stamps, by the way, are very tiny too, which makes the dry ink pads even more unappealing.
